Odd question for this site. Where are you trapping? Mink are like cats, where you find tracks they will be back (unless someone else caught him), they like to hug edges, and frequent familiar haunts.

Good luck,

I realize this is not on topic, and I don't want to be out of line. But if you're going to have a signature line talking about an "idiot", maybe you might take the time to check your spelling.
Those are very good looking dogs, I sure wish I had the time and place to add some decent MT. Curs to my ...

Welcome to the site. If hunting doesn't work out you could always open a Chinese food Restaurant.

That's quite a kennel.

I wish I'd known that before I started culling to get a kennel full that would make them deer tree.
I think I need to breed a bigger dog for elk.

I would be willing to guess that there is a reason they are not called "Blue Treers". Probably should be called "Blue bullet catchers".

Just curious, what are your thoughts on lion there in PA? My friends there are convinced that the Game Commission is releasing lions to feed on the deer, so I tease them when I can about it.

bobcat,
That's great, where in PA do you run? I go to the Reading area to hunt deer during the rut, and am amazed at the amount of deer. Must be something to be able to break dogs off deer there in PA. Very nice pics and have fun with that walker.

Robb,
We are surviving up here, me and my pups are not a threat. With all the elk and deer hunting I've done this fall I think I've been more of a bad influence on the dogs than help.
Good to see you've been getting out. A friend from Magdalena gave me a male pup out of my old Washburn walker ...

I'm not too sure, but I don't think you can cure heartworm, and have to be real careful worming a dog with heartworm.

Liv2Hunt,
Keep at it, that dog didn't fall off the face of the earth. :) I'd like to be able to come up with some dogs and help you look, but we would both probably enjoy it more on better circumstances.

Mike,
Most of the male dogs I've seen and owned from Washburn have all been right around 60 lbs.
