If I wana train my pups to trail both should I work with one scent for abit before trying the other? Or does it matter as long as thy still know the game an get rewarded?

Im about to pick up a leopard in the next hour,they say she was bit through the nose an breaths funny so they think she cant smell but Im gonna see how she really is ,any advice ?

Ive rather take them out in the field the use a house cat, I know way better then that. Harder finding fresh tracks of a bobcat but feels good working your dogs.
