I have just bought a pup, bluetick (sire) x pointer GSP (dam). The pup looks very mutch like a bluetick still, his nose is allways on the ground witch is something that im not ust to.
As i run Bullarabs witch are a hot scenting dog. This is the first hound i have ownd.

Has anyone hunted with Jay dorcey's line of plotts. What is there nose like? and how hard are they,(grit), weight.

I have a couple of questions, what is a cur and bluetick gyp. Is a plott considerd cold. I do not want a dog that is loud on the trak but i thought you could not have one with out the ather.
