Bighorn county has some great coon hunting on public and private. The Yellowtail area is really good for coon. You can hunt coon with artificial light as long as it is handheld or headlamp and you have dogs on the ground on all public.

The black hills dosen't have any more cats than alot of areas in the state, just better access. I ran a border collie/ blue heeler cross for alot of years in my pack and he did great. Had th extra speed on hot tracks and held a tree as well as any hound I haave ever owned.

Wheatland is a great area to get out. If you can get into some private ground you should get some great coon hunting. Lion hunting to the west should be enough to keep you busy as well.
