Re: Rebuilding a FNT box
Awesome. I've been eyeing fnt for a while but I've also been considering having one built by tree dog kustoms.

Re: Mike Kemp hounds
I thought I heard he retired too. Do you happen to know of anyone that has some dogs of similar breeding? I would like to try one on bear and lions.

Re: Rebuilding a FNT box
I've been considering getting one, has it held up pretty decent besides the rotting? How long has it lasted before you started having issues? Not trying to hijack your post but I've been considering buying one for a while now since they seem a lot nicer than the ones I build.

Does Mike Kemp still have dogs? Interested in trying one possibly two. Don't do Facebook or anything and I can't seem to find anything online. Thanks

RZR 900 dog box
Im going to be buying a rzr 900 here in a few weeks. Plan on pulling the stock bed off it, and building a dog box to bolt directly to the frame, or i can build a flat bed and mount a box on it. Just looking for ideas. My friend has one, and built a box that fits inside the stock bed. Holds 3 dogs ...

Re: Packing in dogs
How are u able to not have to go back to your pickup after turning loose on a bear? You just stay on foot and follow? If a guy was to try that around here9 times out of 10 he would take 2 or 3 days just to get to the dogs

Re: Lion Hound Trainer Advice
A lot of the trash breaking will come naturally with a lot of dogs. I do not mean they will be totally trash broke, but a lot of dogs will stick with the track you put them on, especially if they are moving it good. At least thats my experience with it. I have only 1 dog that will not run trash, the ...

Re: Lion Hound Trainer Advice
Get rid of one of your younger dogs if thats what you have to do to be able to buy a pup trainer. One month of "training" isnt going to do as much for you and your young dogs as getting a good solid older dog of your own. The outfitter might put your pups on a lot of game, but if your young dog is ...

Re: SE Idaho coon hunting
Beastmode, we live in north idaho, but do a good deal of coon hunting when bear or lion season is closed, or if the conditions are crap. Keeps dogs on game, and is awesome to get young dogs trailing and treeing.

Re: Jumped cat
Ya but lions have a lot more scent, and if the tree was even a little thick to where a bobcat could hide enough u could have just not saw it. Ive been walking away from trees after looking and glanced back and saw it
