Anybody have the Dollins book? I'd love to trade an Obe Cory or two for the Dollins book or Carl Johnson's Ten Exciting Hunts with Dogs.

So who has read Fifty Years With Tree Hounds by Elmer Goble? I've never seen it. Never met anyone who has it or has read it. Anyone have any info on this title?

First editions--depending on condition--from 15-50$.

Hound dog man is pretty common, although first editions with nice dust jackets are less so. I'm glad you reminded me about that one--I've actually never read it.

I think this was published in Michigan in 1950. Has anyone ever seen or read this? I've never seen a copy but am always on the hunt for hound books.

Or give them all to someone who will take my son and I on a lion hunt!!!

Thanks for the tip-I'll have to visit the next time I am out that way. I am always looking for esoteric titles and usually try to upgrade/find dust jackets etc. that's how I wind up with doubles and too many books in general!

I have been lucky enough to acquire most of the books listed in the hound threads on the forum. But I have never found Fifty Years of Tree Hounds by Goble or Thirty Years of Hounding It by Lewis. I would pay or trade well for either of these. Even a reprint or copy!
