Looking for a kemmer cur in NV,CA, Very well started or finished on bobcat or lion or bear. I have had hounds for 20 year and never had a kemmer cur. I always end up back with plott hounds. But always looking for something new. Im in Fallon NV.

Shadow I hunt the desert of Nevada so I need cold nose hounds. White Deer Kennels say there hounds are hot to medium nose hounds. Are your hounds cold nose and where are you located. Thanks

Is there any sizzlin heat plott hounds out there still and can a guy get his hands on sum? The ones I had were from Harold Tichenor but he has passed away. The ones I had were good dry ground lion hunting hounds till they passed away.

I would say calling if you don't have a good track. But keep your dogs close by so if you call it in and don't get it you can try your dogs on it. But if you no were it is hangin out at run your dogs thru the area you never no what mite happen. Lions are dangerous to call so be careful.

Iv turned loose 2 female yearlinges this year on 2 different hunts only to have guides kill them on the same day I turned them loose. Bothe preach no killing of females. So if it is a legal cat were taging it. Win we are out of cats the guides will be out of business. Thin I run bobcats.
