Re: RE: Re: Question for experienced bobcat hunters

Thanks, I know very little about cat hunting, only seen one up tree when Coon hunting in late 1980s.
I noticed the big blue dog I had got on the bobcat as
soon as it jumped out whereas the Redbone kept Treeing. After 2 trees it stayed in a small tree, this was in Piedmont NC and in planted pines ...

Re: RE: Re: barn cat's

Thanks, been thinking about this.
I hope to get 2 running hounds that are bobcat dogs
and don't want them on house cats.

Re: RE: Re: Coyote Taken In Front of The Hounds

Thanks, good race and shot, glad you show the dogs, bugs me when people dog hunt and don't show the dogs.

Good video! I keep thinking about that rifle shot on that running coyote. Now we know what happened to Quigly. He is somewhere in Ontario. One camera, one coyote, one bullet. You got it all ...

Re: RE: croghan hounds

I have in the past.
Got mine from boys in Mo. and Illinos,
I remember Indian Croghan which produced
Manns deacon.
They were good dogs, mine had some other
crosses though.
Flat kill a coyote.
I'm the daughter of Bill Croghan. Anyone have a hound from one of dad's dogs?
