ODFW thought process

Was reading the paper and came across this article.

www.theolympian.com/2010/07/02/1293088/ ... _Container

to sum it up ODFW believes if they kill 2 wolves from the Imnaha pack for killing livestock it will be a lesson to the rest of the pack to stay away from any other livestock. Sounds to me like someone down there has ODed on Disney movies.

Re: wish more kids around here ran hounds

Like elkhuntress said, get involved with a local hound club and you'd be surprised.

Re: washington sate hunting

RCW 77.15.240
Unlawful use of dogs — Public nuisance — Penalty.

(c) During the closed season for a species of game animal or game bird, negligently fails to prevent the dog from pursuing such ...

Re: New GPS tracking system on the market

I believe Mr. Davidson is referring to the tiny-loc trackers, possibly confusing the manufacturer as being Marshall.

Re: ALERT--Bad Bacteria In Your Hounds

Sorry to hear about your hounds getting sick. I saw where you were hunting and instantly thought HANTAVIRUS. After doing some reading about the virus the article states "it is not know to affect dogs and cats", I was thinking that perhaps this is one of those cases that it did. Not that it means ...

Love Hearing it, see you tomorrow!!!

One sunny day in January, 2013 an old man approached the White House from across Pennsylvania Avenue , where he'd been sitting on a park bench. He spoke to the U.S. Marine standing guard and said, "I would like to go in and meet with President Obama." The Marine looked at the man and said, Sir, Mr ...

Re: Oregon Cougar regs

Nora,
I wasn't trying to divide anyone but merely trying to drum up more support for fellow houndsmen and women down in Oregon. I grew up in Oregon and also ran hounds in Oregon for several years before joining the service, I know the struggle and hope the best for you guys down there.
