When you guys say you like your running dog and treed dog crosses what percentage of each works well to get a balanced hound. I would think like 1/4 running dog and 3/4 tree dog. Also do you think it makes difference which way you cross them like a female running walker to a male treeing walker. Or ...

Looking for good coondog in wisconsin got two little boys that are coon crazy and want to shot some coon. I only have bear and cat dogs and dont care to run them on coon. So any help on locating one would be great. Thanks
