I get how a regular pedigree works but they all look like this on this forum. Not like a sideways tree.

Not sure what I am missing here but how do you read a dog pedigree that is posted on this forum? It makes no sense to me. Maybe it’s just my phone but it comes up like

….. dog
…………dog
….dog
……………..dog
And so on. Can anyone explain how to read this?
