I get how a regular pedigree works but they all look like this on this forum. Not like a sideways tree.
---Nances Little Topper
----Marosoks Little Topper
-----Marosoks Sandy (Nances Little Topper)
---Marosoks Bobby
-----Haywards Bucky (White River King II) (Nances Ring)
----Nances Sally ...

Dumb question
Not sure what I am missing here but how do you read a dog pedigree that is posted on this forum? It makes no sense to me. Maybe it’s just my phone but it comes up like
….. dog
…………dog
….dog
……………..dog
And so on. Can anyone explain how to read this?
Thanks

Rigging bobcats
For those of you who mostly rig bobcats off of a truck or other vehicle. Do you feel as though the dogs are striking a track or smelling a laid up bobcat when they strike off of the rig.
Thanks
Thanks

Is anyone breeding for quiet walkers?
Wondering if anyone is breeding for quiet Walker hounds. Please do not turn this into a discussion about ideals pertaining to dogs that are quiet on a track.
Thank you all for taking the time to look.

Making a silent dog
I know that this has been talked about a lot but I have a couple of questions. I have a couple of walker females that are quiet on the track and do not make a sounds until jumped. They are hell on bobcats. I am at the point now where I put only them on bobcats and only hunt my louder dogs on lions ...

Tow behind sled or...?
Looking for opinions on whether a tow behind snow trailer behind a snowmobiles is better or a dog box mounted to the back of the tunnel on the snowmobile behind the seat. I currently have a tow behind sled. Thinking that the box mounted to the back might be easier to maneuver but worried that with 3 ...

Re: Alpha 200i
I got the 200i because my screen had three nickel sized black spots on the screen.
I am very happy with the screen and how the buttons and locking system will work. It should be a lot easier to keep it on the screen that you want without accidentally pushing buttons. With the onx chip the map is a ...

Re: LOST- DEAD
Sounds like a seizure. I have one who seizes a lot and I have done a TON of research on it. Very common throughout the country in blue tics and line breeding promotes epilepsy. I had no idea that mine had been having seizures until we started bringing him inside at night. Has a seizure after almost ...

Hunting dog lease?
A couple of years ago I leased my horse for the spring and summer because I never used him during that time of the year. I found someone that wanted him during that time and I got him back right before hunting season in great shape so it worked out for everyone. I am thinking about doing this with ...

How big of a kennel
How big of a kennel do you think I should have for one dog? Also how big should my kennel be for two dogs? I have one dog in a 10x10 kennel now and I am thinking of putting another dog in with him and I do not know if this is too small. Thanks.

Re: Does anyone know where I can find a coon in MT
Thanks a lot guys, let me know if any of you would like to go coon hunting in this neck of the woods. I have got some pieces of private land to hunt on the gallatin that have not been hunted for quite a few years. Thanks again.

Does anyone know where I can find a coon in MT
I'm looking for a caged or dead coon to train my dog with and am having a hard time trapping one. Does anyone know where I can find one around the gallatin valley? Thanks.
