I talked to the guy that shot this bear and after the bear being skinned out he weighed in at 630. Hell of a nice bear. Sounds to me like alot of people are jealous lol..

My advice is if u want to bear hunt then go for it but dont train them on coon. U will never know what u are going into if they run both.. Just from my experience

We hunt in Forest county. The wolf population is slowly growing around us. Not as bad as just north of us. We havent lost any dogs to wolves recently.

We are from Northcentral Wisconsin. Yeah thats roading them but we use a trailer with leads on them an pull it behind a four wheeler to give them excercise.

Ive seen four so far but of course they have been in zone c and we run b. We havent started baiting either. HAve to road them dogs man and thin them down some lol.

When teaching a dog how to come to you and mind u when u call him I found that using a rope about 30 feet or so long and letting the dog get out there then calling the dog and pulling them to you works good. Use a shock collar if the dog wants to pull back away. Works real good. I have a six month ...
