No snow should a guy resort to chasing coons

I was wondering since we can't seem to get any good snow this winter if any body hunts coons in the winter in Montana. I have a pup that needs to see some bobcats or lions but when it doesn't snow theres not much to go hunt. :lol:

I had a cat run in front of me today about twenty yards away and the pup got a good look at it. By the time I got the collar on it had a 2 minute jump on us and after about 4 miles acording to the garmin the cat had give us the slip. The 4wheeler is chained up all four so we will either find lots of tracks or spend all day pulling everyone out :lol: this is the deepest and toughest snow i've seen in a long time. To bad Twist has to work tommorow he is dying to let the old dogs run. :lol:
