i just bought a dc 40 from the cabelas bargain cave took it home and the collar doesnt turn on or even charge. does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it, i thot about sending it to garmin but i doubt its warrantied. any help would be apreciated

thanks, ill have to give that a try on the next track. usually we only walk the dogs down the track about 100 yards or so. maybe thats where we went wrong lol
