If you have a really good dog it could be over before you get there. Sometimes when you get close they pop out and take off. Everyone is different. The more and better dogs the less they pop out on you. Each dog is different. Some will fight and bay better than others.

Hunted Hepps ranch a few times near Kaycee. Dont know anything about Decoying, but am sure you could run some yotes down in that country!

You can run and gun catch some and both. If you are looking to hunt by yourself and want to catch them and bay them, I would recommend the faster hounds. Min of 2 hounds. Some yote chases go over 20 miles and that isnt that uncommon. The more snow you have the yotes will tire quicker and bay up ...

Anyone know of any way to add a roof antenna to a FRS/GMRS band radio? Or maybe bump up the power a bit?
We run yotes & everybody shows up with these radios. So I was wanting get better range from the truck.

I believe that my young redbone got a thorne in her foot. Its swollen pretty good & she isn't walking on it. What is the best thing to do for this? I have started her on Pen. G

Find a track, put the hounds on it. Try & get ahead of the dogs once it is jumped. They bayup sometimes, Circle or head for the next county! Never know.
