I have a 4 mo old B&T male that has a quite rasby bark. Kinda sounds like he's horse. wondering if his bark will get louder?

Getting back into hounds after a 5 year layoff . Just trying to get some dogs together. I live in Belen, New Mexico so if there is anyone that lives close and wants to hunt im game.
