Re: question for Buddyw
I would think the price restriction on those being removed is because they are being discontinued for new items. The replacement for the 320 has not been in print anywhere that I can find. I am waiting patiently for the new hand held as I need one badly.

New astro model
Does anyone know about a new unit coming out? I suppose i will be a 420. I have called garmin twice and they will not confirm but both people I talked to told me if I was not in a real hurry I should hold off buying a new 320.

Great info, I just had one lock up doing an update last week. Had to pay $89. I will remember that trick. Thanks for sharing.

220 loosing range
The range on my unit recently starting getting worse. It is about half of what it was. I do not have or use radios around it. I had another unit that did the same thing. Has anyone found a fix for this, or is it just a send back to Garmin and pay to refurbish?
Thanks
Gary

Re: Which Antenna
Like everyone else I broke the LR handheld just carrying it in my pack. So, I bought the replacement part with the flexible antenna from Buddy. It broke the first time I used it. My friend has an antenna that his son gave him supposedly from a handheld ham radio. It is about the length of the rubber ...

DC30 will not connect
One of my newer DC 30's I turned on the other day and it had a different light blink pattern I had never seen. One long beep and then one normal fast blink. The handheld can not pick it up. I took the battery out for a half an hour and that did not help. Any ideas???????

Rubber Ducky Antenna?
I had one that I liked just fine. Now I need to get a new one, don't ask why
My question is should I stick with one of those or is there a better option. The 14 inch flexible one, or how about the new one that Garmin has for the 320. Has anyone tried one of those, are they available yet as ...
