Does it matter how much snow you get. We are getting about 1-2 inches of snow tonight. Wondering if it worth going in the morning. Temp is suppose to be 25 tomorrow.

One dog?
I've had a two dogs that would tree or bay a bear by themselves. Depending on terrain I figured it out when I was unable to get another dog in after it was jumped on a cold trail. Ended up treed by the lone dog. Not just once either. Both dogs were really gritty. The one female was one of those that ...

New Tires??????
Hey Catcrazed. This past bear season I ran those STT's at 20 lbs. Made for a nice ride. You are right you can really air them down for snow. They call for 65 lbs pressure if you read the side of the tire. That's way to much. With our Toy's, they don't weigh as much as the big trucks. I've never had ...

New Tires??????
Don't be afraid to sipe your STT's They last longer especially on the highway. It cause them to run a few degrees cooler. Just make sure you sipe the center n not all the way across. If it is all the way across you will lose small pieces if you have rocky country to travel. It's not noticeable until ...

I run a lot of rock Country with my Toyota Tacoma using Cooper STT's. I'm on my second set. They were sipped on the middle for ice. Work great in mud too. Not noisy on the highway. Wear great. 40,000 plus depends if you rotate ur tires every 5000 miles.

Whats your hunting rig?
I've alway thought about the Samurai for a hunting truck but never went through with it since I was driving a Tacoma extended cab. I can really get around.with it in the woods. Especially with the locker, Alcan springs in the rear and icon vehicle dynamic coil overs in the front. Truck has 33 inch ...

kennel winter cover
If you get 2-3 feet of snow at a time. I say ur taking a heck of a risk not putting up a lean to with a metal roof. I live in the snow belt if the Upper Peninsula. It won't take much to collapse a cheap cover.

Re: Where did all the cold nosed walkers go?
I really enjoyed reading this post. I'm looking to out cross or find a decent female. Walker of course. I know Keith Huff and have dogs along his line of dogs. Not trying to bank on his name. I tried to breed a female with his good Cody dog but it didn't take. He then died that year following. I'm ...
