I lost a goat to the bands. I guess the flies got to him. I will never do that a again. If I get anymore goats or need a dog done it will go to the vet.

I know worming is guess work without a fecal sample. But i'm currently using safeguard/ fenbendazole and equimax/ praziquantel for three days in a row, monthly. Since i'm using the fenbendazole do I need to add strongid paste to get the pyrantel ...

151.82Mhz (ID code: 0-9)

I've found the format on here http://www.eham.net/exams/ a little more user friendly. Either one will be the same questions, I just like eham better. Good luck and study hard. There is a lot of benefits of being a ham when your out in the middle of nowhere and need communications.

Yes, and it usually happens when you switch antennas a lot. Like handheld to truck or handheld to long range antenna.

The ones I hear having trouble were standing close to a truck while someone was talking on the radio. Haven't heard handhelds being a problem. Big difference in 5 watt handheld versus 25 watt mobile.

Go with garmin. Performance greatly depends upon keeping up with the updates offered by garmin.
