altho everything has its pros and cons a big group of houndsman from sanpete county volenteered for the study on the southwest manti I think were headed in the right direction hopefully we can catch more bees with honey than the salt we been using

Jared the reason for the southwest manti at this meeting and not other units is the guys that hunt that unit pushed hard at the board meeting and the board made a motion to look at this unit if it got out of hand. Harvested adult females above 20% reduce tags / quota by 10%
Harvested adult females above 23% reduce tags / quota by 20%
Harvested adult females below17% increase tags / quota by 10%

Harvest results as of today on the Wasatch Manti management erea 58 killed 66 remaining and were in march snow conditions say were about out of the big kill season a 50% reduction in tags would not save one lion as they are over the counter.if theese 66 tags get filled wow.
