Re: !!! The Ultimate Bobcat Dog: Part 2.0 !!!

In english please. It's really hard to take an insult when I can't understand what it is. Try harder or run upstairs and see if your ma will right it for you. Dan, some folks just can’t help themselves, guess it’s the way they were raised, or lack of, i don’t know the history between the two of you...

Re: Snake population

I’ve read quite a few articles last few years where rattle snakes are evolving in areas of high hog populations, they are evolving to not have rattlers as a means of survival, I thought it was an interesting subject and never thought a lot about it, last year or so over here where I live around Angi...

Re: Barking on chain

First off make sure there isn’t an underlying problem leading to the barking, dogs fighting, or got loose, or stranger on the yard, they’re not thirsty or hungry, most of the times it’s shear boredom and rarely an issue with dogs that get hunted and ran for exercise frequently.... Dogs are a lot lik...

Re: Mammary Tumor...?

I had a son of Smokey River Jeans Blue Tramp that I got when he was around 12 years old, about a year after having him he developed a tumor and I guess it would be considered a mammary tumor bc it was in one of his nipples, it grew to the size of a softball by the time I took him to vet, it weighed ...

Re: Falling out of a race.

I would go have some bloodwork and stool samples done to check for any form or parasite or to check his blood count, if that’s an option for you and you really wanted to know that bad....

Re: ??? Tips For Keeping Dogs In The Desert ???

Pegleg mentioned automatic waters, be careful how you rig it up. It's probably a nobrainer for y'all but I had a buddy install some in his kennel one time connected to a garden hose. if the hose is in the sun the water in it gets scalding hot which resulted in the water at the licker was always sca...

Re: Kemp hounds on hogs

Before I went and spent that kinda money I would search and find a good line of running walkers to cross into your cur dogs, their the kings in the south and hold up to hard hunting, not trying to tell a man how to handle his business but I'd be breeding for track speed instead of bottom, the quicke...

Re: Dog thieves

Boy, you sure can understand why some of those government hunters used to breed/train their dogs for stranger anxiety/shyness. They would hide at the sound of a vehicle unless they recognized the sound of their own truck. No stranger would ever catch them. Sorry to hear it Pegleg. I've never intent...

Re: Dog thieves

Had something very similar happen here a few times, first time I had a new female climb out of my pen, I chalked it up to she would turn up at a neighbors house in the next day or so, a few weeks later I was on my Facebook and a guy I was friends with two hours away posted a picture that someone had...
