Got an email from DOUG LaMalfa re SB 1221. There are still multiple steps for this bill to make it thru..... Senate Apropriations Committee, the Senate Floor, then Assembly Policy Committee, Assembly Appropriations, Assembly Floor and the Gov's Signature. He states Siskiyou Houndsmen are to be commended for your VERY strong presence and travel time it took to be here for the hearing. As it was, 2 of the Dems are wavering. If it makes it past Approps, and all 15 Repuclicans on the Floor don't support the bill, then 5 of 25 Dems are needed to not support it either. Keep Hanging in there!
Any help outside California would be appreciated in an attempt to defeat this Bill!
