Just wondering what people keep with them for first aid kits for the dogs when hunting (both in the truck and out in a backpack while in the field)? I'm thinking to start:
In the field:
Prednisone
Antibiotic ointment
Benadryl
Bandage/vet wrap
Staple gun
Truck:
Soap and water
Amoxicillin
First aid kit

Re: First aid kit
Just look at the top of this page and you will see a list of the number of pages, click on "2" and scroll down to Hound Doggers First Aid Kit and you will get a lot of info that should answer any questions you might have.
Re: First aid kit
You're right. I did see that thread awhile ago and forgot it was on here already.
My real question, for those who have unfortunately had a dog injured while hunting, is what first aid items they were glad they had packed with them, or what they wished they had but didn't have when needed.
