Bear Hunt Ontario

We cater to hound hunters, use your dogs or ours, or we can run together. We have 2 zones that are 200 sq. miles each with good access. There are 11 baits in each zone with multiple bears on each bait, and sandy roads to rig. The season starts Aug. 15, so the weather is beautiful and the bugs are gone.Call (705)295-3386 and ask for Ray.

We started hunting Ontario the last couple of years and have seen very few wolves. used to hunt western u.p. michigan and wolves were everywhere. also kinda nice because not as many hunters

Well when ray posted this they had a guide zone Near Temiskaming , right near the quebec border, tones of bears, great fishing, absolutely no competition and just beauty country, but guys kept crapping out so we let it go, as for wolves, i trap with a friend right by where we hunted there and we catch a few timbers, they just never seemed to bother the dogs. Now we all hunt north of Peterborough which is about 2 1/2 hrs north of toronto, no wolf problems, worst thing is some traffic and dumb ass cottagers that dont like hunting lol. oh and ray now has a new number its 1 705 872 1182

how much of a hasle is it to get hounds across the boarder i have 2 plotts and 2 b&t that i run on bear here in new york but all we have is a trianing season would love to get to take a bear with them under the tree. i know bringing a gun across is a pain. what are you charging for the hunt.
