pay for cooking ?

what do you guides and outfitters pay the people that cook for you thanks ?

depends on how many meals they are cooking and how good they are. Out here in hunting camp outfitters pay about $2,000 a month but that does NOT include tips from the clients. A good camp cook can easily make between $4 and 5 thousand a month with wages and tips.
