Haha what an experience. I have spoken with a few that have visited del and the all said he was the real deal but going there myself i had my reservations........they were all right. Del and his wife are the American West. His signature in my autographed book reads "may all your trails end at the tree". Life changing. The fact that he speaks so highly of slash and daisy makes me feel that I have under estimated my pup hank. The only way to do him justice is to hunt him everyday. I can only wish for that chance

I have gone to Dells and spent the day with him and his wife. Del has a story about my grand dad in his book. it was very interesting to sit and listen to him tell some of his story's. I have became good friends with Dell over the years he has sent me many old photos over the years that i treasure. i would recommend that any one thinking of going to see him that you do it. he is the last of the good old boys.
