Does anyone know how long the waiting list would be to get a pup from Del?
The fascination of hunting cougar with hounds lies in the discovery and unravelling of a complicated trail, watching an honest hound strike out on a track that has been found and read, and finally bringing the animal to bay so that you can see it for yourself---Jerry A. Lewis

I also have some cameron bred blueticks and have been very happy with them. Have all you guy's bought your cameron lines from del, or from guys that are line breeding his dog's?(Jim bundrick, Eric Milligan, Jim Harrell etc etc.) What are some of your favorite traits in the cameron's dogs? What big game specie do you guys think they excel on the most? Has anybody bought pup's from del that they didn't like? Personally I haven't heard of any but was wondering. I really enjoy del's book, some great stories of good dog work.

you see all these post as to if u had to start over what would you buy well my answer to this was camerons faced that ? last spring. we bought 2 males from jim harrell and we are very pleased with them bought a female this last winter from del and were very very happy with her i'm sure like all crosss there are some that don't make the cut . its really up to these breeders to keep those traits alive and not just sell puppys but breed to sell awsome hounds period . and not to breed so close they start losing those traits . i feel they exel at putting fur in tree's no matter what the game is . the traits i like the most is the grit and those cold noses and the heart & desire to put fur in tree's.

How old is the female that you got from Del? Are you planning on breeding her? Just curious might be interested if you find a cross depending on timing. Thanks
