Just wondering if anyone out there could help me find a pup of heavy/ sorry extra heavy Vaughn or Sabastion. Don't matter where it is located just have a desire that I need to fill. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have a litter of pups due 8-2-2010.Sire is Chestnut Creek Bl. Smokey River,He is Smokey River and Vaughn bred.He is a coon dog but his dam is out of good bear stock.The dam is Tell's Blue Sophie and is heavy Vaughn and Arkie and is a nice good started young bear dog.

Im not sure if he visits this site but if you go to the ukcdogs.com website under the message forum there is a guy that is big into keeping those lines going. Goes by the name of Kenbev I believe. I would look into talking with him. Hope this helps.

Yes, my good friend Ken Adkins(kenbev on UKC board) has preserved the Vaughn line for a long time and I think he has some pups now.
