OK, have to start somewhere, so need to get the dumb questions out of the way.
A little background I guess. Attempted to hunt with hounds back in the 90s, but the populous of Oregon decide we didn't need to hunt bears with dogs. Enjoyed the hunting and was just getting into the breeds and details, but never got to stay with it. As far as training dogs, I've trained Labs to hunt waterfowl and a Rottweiler to hunt coyotes. Blueticks are my favorite breed, but have no idea if they are the right breed for what I'm looking for.
So on with the dumb questions:
Is it possible to have a Bluetick as a pet as well as a hunting dog?
My interests are for coon, bobcat and possibly coyote hunting, is it possible to run one dog for these three targets?
What age would you start a Bluetick hunting?I had heard they don't start hunting until they are about a year old.

I think one is plenty except maybe for coyote, but I'm not a coyote hunter (on purpose).

Dogs start when they start. Putting those kind of stipulations on any dog of any breed can be futile. Just hope they do start at sometime before a year. Some crosses are known to start early, but the finished product is really what matters.

Yes, they think they're lap dogs.
Only hunt coon so can't really answer that but I would think so.
When they start acting like they're using their noses to find stuff, not hunting big game but more like house cats, treats or bits of liver in the yard. You can start training anywhere from 3 months up.

you can run coyote with them no problem mountian lion too also wild boar
