Ch.NT.CH. House's Jay

Jay is backed by a strong JOE HOUSE pedigree. Big loud bawl mouth, good track dog typical of a House bred hound. FOR BREEDING CALL 208-300-0584 Carnell Erickson in Idaho.

House's Jay
This hound has switched over very well to lion hunting in Idaho. We've had a great season so far. He has a extremely cold nose and can cold trail a track with speed and a loud bawl mouth.

Jay was strictly a coon dog in Ohio when I purchased him from Jeff Duvall. His first pups are about 6-8 months old. We run mostly lions but with the nose this dog has I can't see any problem chasing bobcats. Thanks Carnell

That is a nice cross. Idpete has one of my dogs that is bred very simular to yours there in Idaho. Lipper as a Grandfather and Handsome Hank as a Granfather on the bottom side. I owned the father and mother and they did a nice job on cats and bear. The ones we had that were bred like that started early but took awhile to settle down and work a cold take but they always came around to cold trail, just took them awhile longer.
Look forward to see what you get.

Mr. Pacojack
Sometimes those dogs get to much House's Lipper in them and they don't want to slow down. Joe House said it's okay to have a little Lipper but you don't need to much! Thanks for your posts Carnell Erickson

Hey Oren, How are these dogs of yours on a walking bear.Maybe you don't use them on bear, out here in IN I've had some nice House breed hound that were great on the bears.Do you use them on hogs. You wouldn't happen to know where theres some House, Woodscreek Loose Bruce , there the best. You got any pups coming. If you bear hunt do you kill alot of them. Thanks

Hey fish eater i just got a houses/loose bruce female that i will be breeding next time she comes into heat (probably in about 6 months). I will breed her to a house's chief/loose bruce male. But I know a guy that has a litter of house's chief/loose bruce pups ready to go now.
