so im 14 thought i was getting a cur but instead a walker is this a good breed for hutnng coon i have to train him by myself and i dont want a babbling idiot so please help was this a good choice of a dog will he be hard to train and will he be able to hunt coon by himself thanks

Just because its a walker or a cur or any other breed doesnt make it a good dog or a bad one.Most hounds are capable of treeing coon.For it to be a good dog depends mostly on the amount of time you spend hunting it. How good of dogs the parrents are(different from what breed it is).And how good you are at sorting out all the advise people give you.A lot of junk but also a lot of good.Best of luck and have fun.
