it's all up to gila, both people have good points, u spend the money and i will give u better odds of getting a winner. But be ready cause you could easily get a cull, a littermate could be the best hunter you have ever seen. On the opposite side look for free or cheap puppies and be ready for a cull or you might get a super dog. Its all if you want high expectations and get disappointed or low expectations and get surprised.. Whats worse is when you breed your own dogs have a litter of 8 keep one or two, give your buddies and friends the others and the one you keep is always the cull..

Thank you guys for all of the info. But that does not answer my Q? Will any one have puppys next summer in az or nm?
