Leopard lines?

Postby Melanie Hampton » Tue Jan 10, 2012 4:36 pm

I have to admit, I know nothing about the lines of Leopards (except I know who Jug is and the McDuffie strain) I made an impulse buy (ok the guy gave the pup to me) but she doesn't have papers.. I'm fine with that.. It was an accidental breeding with 2 merle's that were pushing the standard on white.. She does not fit the color standard.. Most Leopard guys cringe when they see her..

I'm just kinda curious on her lines..

He said she is a CUR.. but honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if she has some hound in there.. she's super tall and lanky..he said she was linebred Rambo and HoneyBee.. Does anyone know those lines? That's all the info I got..

I have not enjoyed a pup as much as her in, well, I don't know how long.. She's a touch over 4 months old and listens like a border collie.. Super gamey too.. I'm going to try her out on bobcats next year (she'll miss this cat season).. but she's a permanent housedog if nothing else.. I already have plans of having her fixed as soon as she turns 6 months.

This is the side with the least amount of white :)
