LCSA WATER RACE FINALS.
AUGUST 27TH AND 28TH 2011
all proceeds will be donated to charities:
cowlitz free health clinic and a walk to remember


Sign-ups close at 9am Saturday and Sunday
Single dog treeing contest starts at 9:30am
Bear Race (1.3 miles) will follow promptly after treeing contest
Water Race follows the Bear Race
Puppy Swim will follow the days events, time permitting
There will also be a kid's bench show on Saturday afternoon
Prices as follows:
Treeing Contest: $5.50 per dog
Bear Race: $7.50 per dog
Water Race: $5.50 per dog
Puppy Swim: $1.00 per dog
Kid's Bench Show: $3.00 per dog
All events, besides the Puppy Swim and Kid's Bench Show, pay out 60/40 split.
Bear scent will be used on the drag. Coon will be used for Water Race and Treeing Contest.
All events will follow WSHC rules. Points will be awarded to those current council members.
Camping will be allowed at the pond starting Friday night, there is plenty of room for everyone!
Full Kitchen starting Saturday at 7am. Prices listed at the kitchen.
If you are running late please contact Brian Cerelli @971-409-1831. He will take your info and
you can pay when you get in. No event will stall for anyone running late.
Directions to Parker's Pond:
Take Exit 36 off of I-5 towards Longview/Kelso Industrial Area (WA-432) – go 3.7 miles.
Turn Left onto WA-433 S/Oregon Way (Crossing into Oregon)
Cross into Oregon via the Lewis and Clark Bridge
Merge right onto US 30W toward Clatskanie/Astoria. Go about 5 miles.
Turn Right at 22923 Hwy 30 (Just past mile marker 56 at the uphill passing lanes)
There will be a sign marking the event.

A Finals BBQ Dinner of steak, chicken, potatoes and more will be served
Saturday after the days events, around 5pm. Price is $8 per plate
