I think they're not wanting to share alot with you Mike.Did you go to the meeting yesturday and listen in?Most of us admire your passion,but as I said last year in the meeting[odfw,osp]are still just men like yourself and I,nobody is won over by screaming and spitting in their face.If it were still in the times of settling it like men[we wouldn't even be engaged in this conversation--we'd all be hunting year around for the long,the shorts and the big and black critters].I think you're 100% RIGHT if we're divided we're screwed.That being said-if you feel I've wronged you[i've heard from others]then accept what I have to say, as support with an Idea of a different approach[for the same problems as you mentioned]and not take it as I'm coming against you.I think Buddy put it well--I'M SOLD.Maybe everybody should get together for a cup of coffee and figure out we all really want the same thing-TO BE ABLE TO CHASE THESE POTLICKERS ANYTIME WE WANT,AND SEE SOMETHING OF OUR LIKING IN A TREE!!!!!!

tim. i hope you aren't refering to me as screaming/ spitting in the face of odfw? i hope you are refering to what many hound hunters have done in the past.i state the facts and only the facts with odfw and usda. if you would like i can play you the tape recorded messages i have that i keep for my own reference when i talk to them.i don't spit in the face of no one either and hope these shallow people haven't indicated to you that i have.brandon is the first person i have met in person since ron anglin last year. all other contact is by phone or e-mail. any e-mails that i send are done through odfw, rep sprenger and lars larson.

i intimidate the hell out of them and they don't like it one bit. i catch odfw and usda in daily lies. as i talk to everyone within the commission i keep track of e- mails and call them on their own b.s.... for your information i have caught them in the most recent lie this last week over the snaring of sows and cubs. don whittaker told me in an e-mail odfw doesn't target female bear with cubs. i simply stated to don that is not true. when you set bait and a snare you catch what you catch.and in the case of two cougar above sweet home they are neglegent for killing two animals that a licensed hunters could have killed and for shooting them and dumping them over the bank, they owe restitution for the theft of our resources.what is good enough for us needs to be good enough for odfw.

they sell us down the river and pump up usda. i just give them a 40 year history lesson in who is who and what is what with usda. these people don't get it.guys like dewey are where the knowledge and many of those usda hounds come from in the first place. i had it out with nancy taylor. when i first introduced myself she said...you are one of those hound guys. i prefer my boys. meaning usda to do all the hunting for odfw

i'm tired of these people continually hiring usda to kill female cougar, toms and kittens. (confirmed by usda) and billing the tax payers. not to mention killing those wet sows with cubs in the spring and dumping those cubs over the bank. i asked under the freedom of information act for the number of cubs turned into odfw way back on april 25th. what did i get... lip service and odfw telling me they will charge me for the information, i said fine send it. then odfw refered me over to usda. i explained to larry cooper from odfw they are the managers of our big game and usda are the hired guns and why would usda have the only records for these cubs. well neither usda nor odfw has any records on file.

i made the claim of usda dumping the cubs and odfw tells me there are no cubs and they don't target them either. what do you think? personally i wouldn't mind having a get together and making a decision. my vote is for doing what a retired coquille dog hunter suggested way back in 1993. bury odfw. my decision to solo on my activism is very simple. a group has to decide on a direction as a group and when you belong to a state association it is difficult to just look odfw in the eyes and call bullshit. tim you jumped on the band wagon last year when a certain central oregon fella posted out dated statements. you, tim, buddy failed to understand i went right back on the site with the corrected public apology.you may not remember... i actually posted it before the convention and when anglin offered up the permits was i supposed to say hey ron i'm opposed to your permits. i took them in good faith and filled it out so i could call bullshit one more time on odfw.

i tried calling you about a month ago and no return. tim i don't have any issues with you at all. hope you understand. i call for a truce. as for odfw. i vote to file a law suit and meet them in hell where they belong.we will be doing this again next year if we continue down the same path. i have e-mails from odfw/ usda coming out my a@&.you want to read them. shoot me your e-mail address. maybe you are seeing something that i'm not with odfw.you or buddy has an idea or a plan call me. i will listen. believe me when i say if your plan is a fraction better i will be all over it.i have the time to dedicate the efforts as well. tim i'm posting my number. you want to call please do. you all know my stand and any further post are a waste of time. any one concerned in this matter can call me anytime. my preference is on the private side at 541-367-1009

Might be a dumb question. Correct me if I'm wrong. But why doesnt someone go to the press. Get all the info out to the public, so they can see what they're money is being used for without they're knowledge. Now a days one guy can't do everything by himself. Wouldnt it help to get atleast some of the state behind you and have more power?

ok. just one more post and i promise i'm gone....mr tremblay... brilliant! simply brilliant.....last year as i sat around trying to figure out a plan to stop the state and federal government in its tracks. i had come up with my own plan. forget about 100 hound hunters and from there cutting that support in half leaving only 50 from there mr greg thomas is right again.... probably more than likely you will end up with about three maybe four hound hunters who are actually going to fight and do as they say.....just a fact!

my system may be flawed but all i can say daniel is this....sir you nailed it! i don't scream, spit, i discovered a compuer is the voice of thousands. i e-mailed our district 17 rep. and odfw and usda and explained the situation and the facts...simply demanded change... this started out with our representative telling me if i don't conform to odfw's anglin there will be reprocussions. i quickly agreed with representative sprenger. i told her she is an elected official and if she refuses to work for us we will un-elect her damn fast! i explained to her i'm associated with no minority user group what so ever and now i'm going after her constituent base.

using her own words from last year about how she could care less about such a small group of people(not exactly in those same words but with the same meaning) since she is an elected official she has to look at her career political values first and that is pandering to 51% for reelection purposes.

i reminded her she is a member of the oregon state house of representatives and one of many involved in allowing odfw/ usda to function...how so ? she and other members approve the operational budget for odfw and usda. or as i put it signing the check...

usda is a wonderful program.i'm envious as hell of those who have this job...but... they need to get back on track in oregon with the intended purpose, hound hunting for profit hardly qualifies. do the stock damage, use the hounds when a lion has killed a sheep or whatever. trap the coyotes...perfect. JUST DON'T THINK FOR ONE DAMN MINUTE YOU ARE GOING TO REPLACE SPORT HUNTING IN OREGON!

i also have in my arsenol a conservative talk show host who is also in agreement we need to get the state and federal government out of the hound hunting business for profit.his name is lars larson. he is in the state and on a national radio media program as well. over night my base has grown to several thousand registered oregon voters. we report you decide...so to speak.

my activism is just like the tea party movement. educate the people and get them pissed off with state and federal government and now you see those dictators have no choice but to listen. since all this has happened rep. sprenger has confirmed she no longer is involved in funding for odfw and usda.(she wants to retire from politics folks)

i have meetings scheduled with several hunting groups. i really hope we can pick up just a couple people willing to fight, again this is all i expect from hunters.but at the end of the day have sparked the interest of those folks picking up the tab. THE OREGON TAX PAYING CITIZEN. he is your neighbor and mine as well... he doesn't hunt or fish but he works for a living and isn't about to tollerate this... all he/ she needed was a heads up into what was being swept under the rug.very simple...

i have drawn the line at the conservative base. i really don't want to involve the other side because it could back fire on all of us....but....statistics are what they are...we are not hunting bear or cougar and why do i want to remember what anglin cautioned me with last year? "mike i want to caution you if you go public i will take your hunting away"......geeze ron.... i have no hunting! from there i explained to mr anglin my personal thoughts on him cautioning me.... i'm like a death row inmate about to be hooked up to lethal injection and you are the prison guard. explain to me why i don't try and steal your gun and sho.. you or plan a prison break or literally stop at nothing short of a killin....why?( just an example not literally) i explained to those people they are not in the drivers seat any more and go ahead and keep it up.

I WILL EDUCATE EVERY LAST PERSON IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF OREGON INTO WHAT IS GOING ON NOT TO MENTION WHO IS RESPONIBLE FOR WHAT AND THE MEDIA IS GOING TO HELP GET THE MESSAGE TO THE DICTATORS.
