just curious how many of you hound guys feel the way i feel. when we lost our rights the trappers did not give a crap and never voiced there opinion to help us, so personally i dont care if they can trap or not it will just make my cat season better then it already is. so whats your guys opinion

regardless if you like trappers or not, the loss of rights is a scarey thing. It paves the way for the activists to take away your rights as a houndsmen. You would be foolish to not support any effort to stop the loss of Sportsmans rights.

your right i will voice my opinion just as loud as they did for the cali. hound rights and oregon hound rights. i know i am being harsh but i am not new to this sport and all the trappers i talked to when oregon lost our rights in 94, told me they dont care about us being in the woods or not, but they arent going to get into the middle of it. personnaly i hate traps they arent ever checked they way there supposed to be. the catch undiscreminatly and by the time most trappers check there traps if they where to release the animal its already undernuriched and dehidrated. atleast with a dog all we do is give it some exercise and let it go if its not the quality of animal we desire. just my 2 cents.

My only issue is it could affect how we trade furs and also they could sneak in wording that shuts us down in the process. I am againist the bill. I was real young in 94 so I have no clue on that.
