Lost/Stolen Cameron Female (Reward) in Oregon

My friend's 10-month old Cameron Bluetick Female went missing from his backyard in Portland (SE), Oregon on 5/12/09. She weighs 40-45 pounds, was wearing a red leather collar, is housetrained and has one blue eye. This dog has vanished without a trace, which is not typical of a dog getting out of a yard where she resided. There is reason to believe she may have been stolen by an ex-girlfriend (Valerie) and possibly adopted out as a retaliatory act. Valerie is from the Yamhill-Carlton area and the dog could be residing in that area or in the Portland area. There is a reward for information leading to the recovery of this dog.
