Tater

This is a recent pick of my Majestic Hound "Tater" (Ritchie's Salty Tater Skin). He's five years old. He is Saltlick bred and was just at the vet where he weighed 111 pounds. He is a brute. He is pretty good on coon, but early on I had a problem with him chasing deer (I'm not convinced he wouldn't chase one now if he thought he would get away with it) and getting a little territorial around a tree. Now we hunt by ourselves most of the time (when I get a chance which isn't that often) and he stays pretty close. Despite that, he absolutely hates a coon like nothing I have ever seen and if he gets one working, he is out to kill.
He is out of "DI" from Saltlick Kennel (her first litter I believe). Anyway, I really like him.
