Baked Omelet

[POORBOY]

8 Eggs add a little water, whip well.
Drain a can of spinach, add to eggs.
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, whip well.
Chopped Onion and Bell Pepper.
Diced fine, Ham, Cooked Sausage, or Bacon.
Stir it up.
Put in baking dish.
Bake at 400 about 40 minutes or till set.
Cover with Cheese and Bake till Cheese melts.
