State: Southern Wisc.
Any good antelope recipes out there?I'm takeing some to a game feed, so it has to be able to sit in a nesco for a while with out drying out.

Rub a roast with kitchen bouquet and powder it with garlic.
Smoke it to 160 degree internal.

Antelope manhattan.
Slice thin, keep warm in beef base, beef boulion mixed with water.

Or

Antelope Chili.
Cube it, and make your chili.

The chili is the best for the roaster, as well as easier.

First two thoughts.
If you want more elaborate, let me know.
