Wild Mushrooms

Found a few wild mushrooms today while we were shed hunting. Fryin em up tonight with elk back straps. Doesn't get any better than that! They are called calf brains. Look like them too but they sure are good. How many of you guys pick wild mushrooms and how do you cook them?
