Nova Scotia Cake

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 3/4 Cups White sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 - 19 oz can Fruit Cocktail
Topping
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Carnation Milk (Evaporated Can Milk)
1/2 Margarine
Directions
Beat eggs and sugar then add Baking Soda and fruit cocktail juice. Pour into 13" by 15" greased pan and bake for 40-50 mins at 300 Degrees.
After cooking prick with fork and loosen edges.
Boil together topping ingredients for a few minutes. Pour over cake.
Serves 12
Could not find a 19 oz can of fruit cocktail.
Found a 29 oz can, so went with it.
Poured it in juice and all.
Baked a little longer than called for to firm it up.
Poured topping on and baked another 10 minutes.
Gooey, Sweet, Sticky.
Not Bad.
