POOR BOYS Greek Chicken

10 #s of legs and thighs from wally world. $4.70
Large pan with lip for wrapping foil on.
Cut legs and thighs in half. Don't cut yourself.
Trim off loose skin and fat.
1 cup of white wine. I had Chablis Blanc on hand.
Put chicken in wine in pan.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano.
2 Lemons cut in half. Juice them. Drizzle juice over chicken.
Put lemon halves on top of chicken, with skin side up.
1 jar of diced garlic. Spoon some on top of chicken. Or use fresh.
Cover pan tightly with foil.
Bake at 350 for 3 or 4 hours.
When the smell is driving you crazy. 2 or 3 hour mark. Start making your potatos and green beans.
Falling off bone. Juicy.
Not bad!
