Sicilian Meatloaf

Shoot from the hip, use what is on hand.
5 Pounds of Ground Chuck
Black Olives, drained, Chopped, soup can size.
8 Eggs
2 Medium Onions, Chopped.
Jar Ragu 4 Cheese.
1 Cup Red Wine, Cabernet Sauvignon.
1/2 a container of Feta Cheese, Ground up.
Granulated Garlic, make it white.
Ground Oregano, make it green.
1/2 a pound of Italian Bread Crumbs.
Real Lemon, 3 good squeezes.
Salt and Pepper.
Mix it very well, let it set 5 minutes, mix very well again.
Make loaf in pan.
Cover Loaf with Hunts garlic and herb.
Bake at 350 for 2 and 1/2 hours.
Better Half Said it was PERFECT!
