Deep Fry Batter

1 cup Water
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Vinegar
1 ½ cup Flour
(1-3/4 for shrimp)
Mix together and wait until batter starts to bubble. Beat hard until it settles. Dip desired item and deep fry immediately. . Dip and deep fry. These stay nice and crisp/crunchy. Have also used this for deep fried shrimp, and for chicken pieces.
