Salisbury Steak

Made this as directed.
It is a keeper.
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted.
1 1/2 lbs of ground round.
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs.
1 large egg beaten.
1/2 cup chopped onions.
salt and pepper.
garlic salt or garlic powder.
1/3 cup water.
1 combine 1/4 cup soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt pepper, and garlic salt. mix well
2 shape into six patties.
3 place in shallow baking dish.
4 bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
5 drain off fat.
6 combine remaining soup and water, pour over patties.
7 bake an additional 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
I baked it 30 minutes more.
