Whole Wheat Pancakes

* 1 cup whole wheat flour
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 3 tablespoons oil
* 1 cup buttermilk
* 2 large eggs
1. Stir honey& oil together in a bowl.
2. Add milk& eggs& beat well.
3. Mix dry ingredients into the liquids until flour is moistened.
Made as directed.
Baking powder was old, did not rise. Threw baking powder out, try again later.
More like a flapjack.
Good taste.
If you do not have buttermilk? Like me!
* 1 cup milk
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
Directions
Combine ingredients and let stand 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, mix together well and use as buttermilk in any recipe!
For cooking not drinking!

Bought some new baking powder today and buttermilk.
Made them again.
Very Good, Light and Fluffy, Full of Flavor.
