Fried deer/elk change up

This isn't really a recipe but it's nice for a change of pace.
Bachelors should like it but instead of rolling the venison in egg then flour, crackeremal, or whatever you use try intant mashed potato flakes. put the meat back in the fridge for five or ten minutes and the crust will stick to the meat better too with what ever you use.
