Or as better half calls them, BELLY BOMBERS!

1 # Lean Ground Beef.
Divide into 16 equal sized pieces.
Cut in half, and cut each half into, until you have the right amount.
Use waxed paper and spray oil helps.
Make each piece into a 2.5 X 2.5 inch square. Very thin.
Make 5 holes into each piece. Like the 5 on a deck of cards.
Freeze on waxed paper.

Chop an onion very fine.
Spread on an oiled griddle that is well oiled.
The onions should only be one deep.
Place Pattys on top of onions.
Do not flip unless the onion is browning.
Cook till beef is done.

Hot Dog Buns.
Cut in half.
Cut the rounded ends off.

Place Beef and Onion on UNTOASTED BUNS.


Not Bad.
