bear recipe ?

well bear season is startin to pick up and just wonderin what you can make out of bear meat other than stew. any info would be appriciated thanks 
Personally I do not care for bear, but here is a recipe you can try.
Roasted Black Bear
Black bear meat, cut into squares
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup salad oil
Put bear meat into roasting pan. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add to meat. Cover and roast for 3 hours at 300F.
